NOTATIONS / ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
At 2726.10 Hours Total Time Since New - the aircraft landed short of the runway. The LH Wing, LH Flap, LH Aileron, RH Aileron, and Rudder were repaired. See 337’s dated March 18, 2000, for complete details. A new lower fuselage skin PN 68602-00 was also installed.
At 3741.90 Hours Total Time Since New - The Left Wing was repaired and a new fuselage skin PN 68602-801 was replaced at the lower cockpit after contact with a fence during taxi operations. See airframe log book entry March 6, 2014, for complete details.
The Original Factory Air Conditioning System is INOP. Several components in the engine compartment required removal to allow for the desirable large Alternator Drive Belt Upgrade. The 2-Speed Ventilation Fan System was also removed.
There are no propeller log book entries for the annual inspections between 1988 and 2014. Most likely, those entries were put in the previous engine log book that was turned into Lycoming when the Factory Rebuilt Engine was installed.
The Wheel Fairings along with the Main Gear mounting brackets have been removed from the aircraft but are included with the sale. The main gear fairings may require some routine fiberglass repairs prior to installation.
